This strainer is designed for filtering impurites and floaters of liquids in power station,iron and steel enterprise and heat and power plant,which need fine filtering and for quality water containing less floaters.
主要特點(diǎn)
它是一種具備自動(dòng)過(guò)濾、自動(dòng)反沖洗清污、自動(dòng)排污的濾水器。由于內(nèi)部有數(shù)個(gè)，甚至數(shù)十個(gè)過(guò)濾單元同時(shí)過(guò)濾，而排污單元只是其中的一個(gè)，因而具有排污耗水量少，反沖力度大，過(guò)濾精度高、檢修方便的特點(diǎn)。
可根據(jù)需要設(shè)計(jì)為濾網(wǎng)快換型過(guò)濾筒需要換或檢修時(shí)，可通過(guò)設(shè)在濾水器側(cè)上部的檢修手孔直接將每一個(gè)濾筒手動(dòng)取出清洗。
由于本濾水器所具有的特殊結(jié)構(gòu)，因此，它可以設(shè)計(jì)制作成適合于各種不同精度要求的場(chǎng)合。最高過(guò)濾精度達(dá)到0.02mm。
MAIN FEATURES
It features of automatic filtering,automatic counter-flushing and automatic discharge.Since several or severaltens of filter elements operate at the same time and only one discharge element works,water consumption discharged is less and counter-flushing is bigger.It is also characterized by fine filtration and easy service.
When cartridges need service,they can be taken out manually from service hole located at upper part of lateral of strainer for rinsing.
The strainer has special structure.Therefore,it can be designed according to different requirements of fineness.The highest fineness is 0.02mm.
自動(dòng)反沖洗功能
正常過(guò)濾狀態(tài)時(shí)，電動(dòng)減速機(jī)不啟動(dòng)，排污閥關(guān)閉。
當(dāng)達(dá)到清污狀態(tài)時(shí)，排污閥打開(kāi)，減速機(jī)啟動(dòng)并帶動(dòng)排污叉管轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，使被沖洗的過(guò)濾單元與排污口相連通，形成排污通路，附著在過(guò)濾網(wǎng)上的污物雜質(zhì)借助過(guò)濾后的清潔水自動(dòng)反沖，使沖洗下來(lái)的污物雜質(zhì)隨著開(kāi)啟的排污閥經(jīng)排污管口流出。
AUTOMATIC COUNTER-FLUSHING
When strainer operates normally,motor reducer does not work and pollutant discharge valve is closed. When pollutant removing is needed,discharge valve is open and reducer starts to drive discharge fork so that filter elements flushed is connected with discharge port,forming discharge channel. Pollutant and impurities adhering to screen are discharged through opened discharge valve and discharge pipe by means of clean water filtered.
故障保護(hù)功能
減速機(jī)出現(xiàn)故障，排污閥過(guò)力矩，差壓過(guò)高時(shí)均沒(méi)有安全保護(hù)措施和報(bào)警及指示。
PROTECTION
In case of reducer failure and over-torque of discharge valve and excessive diferential pressure,protection device,alarm and pilot lamp will come into action.
